10 out of 10, would recommend! Let’s start with my water Karla, she’s amazing. Super welcoming and compassionate! Next the ambiance was superb, quiet, clean and aesthetically pleasing! On to the WAX I don’t know what is in their WAX but I love it!!! I’ve been getting wax services for years now and I must say this was my best experience. Wax is very gentle on the skin, definitely recommend if you have sensitive skin!

This was the first I’d ever gotten a wax. I did anticipate the pain, considering my low tolerance level, however, Lovepreet held my hand the whole way. She distracted as best as she could and warned me when some areas would be more painful than others. She was very educated and empathetic throughout it all. If there is anyone you’d want as a waxer, choose her! You won’t be disappointed.

The staff got me in and out very quickly and they were very patient and professional.
